Prawn Masala
Ingredients
250 g prawns<!––><!–prawns–>
1 clove<!––>
1 tablespoon anise seed<!–anise seed–><!––>
3 tablespoons garlic paste<!–garlic paste–><!––>
2 tablespoons red chili powder<!–red chili powder–><!––>
1 teaspoon turmeric powder<!–turmeric powder–><!––>
2 onion<!–onions–><!––>
1 tomato<!––>
1 bunch fresh coriander leaves<!–fresh coriander leaves–><!––>
salt<!–salt–><!––>
Directions
- Peel and clean the prawns neatly.
- Heat oil in a frying pan.
- Put cloves, aniseed, chopped onions, chopped tomatoes and saute it well.
- Add prawns, chilli powder, salt, turmeric powder and garlic paste.
- Cook for 10 minutes.
- Garnish with corriander leaves.
