Ingredients:

- Sugar syrup …    1 oz

-  Milk … 5 oz

- Ripe mangoes  …    2 (medium sized)

METHOD:

- Take out the mango pulp.

-  Add the milk with sugar syrup and blend it well.

-  Serve it with lots of ice.

Diced fresh mango ………. 2 cup
Orange juice(chilled & obviously packed) …… 1/2 cup
Pure honey (freshly out from honeycomb, preferred )……… 3 tbsp
Thick yogurt(chilled) …… 2cup (milk can also be added)

PREPARATION

Mix and blend mango, orange juice and honey, blend for 1-2 minutes.Pour yogurt into the processor and blend until frothy.Pour into glasses chilled. Garnish with the “whatever“.
