<p><strong>Ingredients:</strong></p>
<p>Dried milk powder              1 cup<br />
Ghee                                      1 tbsp<br />
Flour                                      2 tbsp<br />
Cream                                    2 tbsp<br />
Baking powder                     1 1/2 tsp<br />
Egg                                         1<br />
Cardamon powder               1 tsp</p>
<p><strong>For syrup:</strong><br />
Sugar                                      1 1/2 cup<br />
Water                                      1 cup</p>
<p><strong>Procedure:</strong></p>
<p>1. Sift flour and baking powder.<br />
2. Add dried milk in it.<br />
3. Add ghee, egg and cream and cardimon powder.<br />
4. Mix well and make  a dough.<br />
5.knead well for eight minutes.<br />
6. Make small one inch balls.<br />
7. heat oil on low flame.<br />
8. Add balls in it when it is moderately hot on low flame.<br />
9. when the balls float on the surface on oil, increase heat a bit.<br />
10.Take out when light brown.<br />
11. Put them into the syrup immediately.<br />
12.Poke each with fork.</p>
<p><strong>For syrup:</strong>Combine sugar with water and boil till it relatively thickens.<br />
Add cardamons for flavor.</p>
