Chaar Magaz (ask your mom or dad what the chaar maghaz are) … 50g
Khashkhash (it is a banned powder in Arabian countries SO BEWARE) … 50g
Suagr ……………… to taste
Almonds …………… 8-12
Milk ………………… 2 cups


Soak all the ingredients except sugar overnight.Peel almonds.Grind everything separately to a fine pulp.Use a thin sieve to separate the pulp from the juice.Mix it with milk and sugar and shake it well.
Note: Some people like it even with pulp so you could try it both ways.

It’s very tasty and nourishing. If I’m not mistaken for pregnant women they say drink this (they who?? the daana usually of every time, wonder if sheikh saadi said this too)
